Lynne Freeman
CEO and Founder, Freeman Enterprises
In 1994, Lynne Freeman left Sales Consultants, a division of Management
Recruiters, and started her firm, Freeman Enterprises, to focus
on servicing the recruiting needs of the Medical Malpractice insurance
industry. During the past 10 years, Freeman Enterprises has expanded
to include all lines of Professional Liability, but still maintains
its predominant focus in the Medical Malpractice niche.
Lynne Freeman joined CDI Temporary Services, Inc., a division
of CDI Corporation, as a Service Coordinator in 1988 immediately
after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration. Recognized for her ability to focus
on bottom-line results and to quickly return under performing offices
to profitability, she was promoted numerous times and ultimately
held the position of District Manager.
In 1992, Lynne moved from the temporary placement sector to a
permanent placement focus when she joined the Cary, North Carolina
office of Sales Consultants, part of the world's largest contingency
search firm. Just 2 years later, Lynne decided she could better
service the specialty markets she targets by starting her own firm.
For almost 10 years, Freeman Enterprises has continued to develop
lasting relationships with clients across the United States.
Lynne Freeman recently moved the headquarters of Freeman Enterprises
from New Jersey to North Carolina and is in the process of expanding
operations further with the addition of a new Vice President, Jackie
Bullington.
