"Depending on your level of commitment and priority to
the search, together we can decide which of the four search options
works best for your business goals."
~
Lynne Freeman, Founder
- Retained Search: This is the highest priority
search. It is best used when you need dedicated resources to
complete an immediate and critical search. We clear our desk
and your critical need is given top priority. Candidates are
exclusively presented to your firm. This minimizes competing
offers. This is the best partnering effort to achieve the best
results. This elevates the search, the job and the company in
the eyes of the candidate. Payment is made in three parts, with
the initial payment due at the commencement of the search.
- Priority Search: This is the next level of
priority we give to our clients. This is a hybrid between a Contingency
Search and a Retained Search. The client still receives a higher
level of commitment, but is able to reduce its up front investment.
A non-refundable engagement fee equal to a third of the total
fee is due at commencement of the search, with the final portion
due at completion.
- Exclusive Contingency Search: This is the
third priority level. The opening must have occurred recently
and it must not have been worked on by other recruiters. The
client must also agree not to work with any other contingency
firms and to route all candidates through Freeman Enterprises
for initial review. In exchange, a fee reduction is agreed to
dependent upon the length of the exclusive arrangement. The client
will be invoiced at the successful conclusion of the search.
- Contingency Search: This is the lowest level
of priority. It is best utilized if openings are not critical
in nature or if there is less of a sense of urgency. Searches
will compete in time and effort with other similar searches and
may take longer, but clients can still expect high quality results.
The client will be invoiced at the successful conclusion of the
search.
